Please note the following:
– Paragraph 5.3.c) should read:
c) Any activity needed to support and manage the test phase -mentioned under point 5 vi- with young people, including individualised services, travel and accommodation costs for the group of young people;
– To be consistent with point 12, 1st paragraph of point 14 should read:
After submission of the application and its annexes electronically via SWIM, please send the documents listed hereinafter in triplicate (one original + two copies) before the deadline set out in section 12 above.

Proposals must be submitted electronically online and sent by post in 3 hard copies (original + two copies) to the Commission not later than 22 October 2012.
