Social dialogue – giving workers and employers a voice
Enshrined in the Treaty of Lisbon, European social dialogue is an important instrument of social policy through which European social partners – namely European representative employers’ and workers’ organisations – can come together to affect change across the whole of industry or within different economic sectors.
