The Helpdesk offered:
The Helpdesk provided assistance and consultancy support for planning, establishing, improving and managing apprenticeship and traineeship schemes. The Helpdesk could be accessed by email, website or phone. The Helpdesk Team provided assistance in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
Our experts can also deliver training courses on establishing and managing apprenticeship and traineeship schemes under ESF in your capital for the same target group as the Helpdesk beneficiaries. These trainings can run up to 5 working days, and are also covered by ESF Technical Assistance budget.
