This is a new service covering all EU Member States, providing strategic, operational and policy advice on setting up, running, improving or evaluating apprenticeship and traineeship schemes/programmes.
The Helpdesk offers:
The Helpdesk provides assistance and consultancy support for planning, establishing, improving and managing apprenticeship and traineeship schemes. The Helpdesk can be accessed by email, website or phone (each Tuesday and Thursday afternoon). The Helpdesk Team is able to provide assistance in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
Questions related to ESF procedures and eligibility, including by ESF project promoters, should be directed to your national ESF Managing Authority.
The Helpdesk will be open until the end of 2014. It will be closed during August and 15 December to 15 January.
You will receive a response from our Helpdesk Team within 3 working days (2 working days from September – 15 December 2013). If you enquiry requires more time to respond - for example, due to matching you with a suitable policy specialist - we will let you know the expected timeframe within the 3 days.
The support service is provided by Ecorys on behalf of the European Commission. It is financed by ESF technical assistance, European Commission, DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion.
