Report of the High level Group on industrial relations and change in the European Union - 2001  (2001)
This report has been delivered by the High-level Group on the industrial relations and change, set up by the Commission in 2001 to assess the opportunities and the instruments for a renewal of industrial relations. It recommends the elaboration, at all levels (European, national, regional and company level), of a new action programme in order to focus industrial relations on certain priorities, setting out a series of recommendations intended for European decision-makers and, in particular, the social partners.
