Authorised personnel in the responsible unit in the European Commission's Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (depending on the subject of your request) have access to the data collected and have sole authority to read and correct it in the event of input error.
Only staff dealing with issues regarding your specific enquiry will have access to your personal data. Data are stored in a file system and electronic mailboxes, which are protected by personal access control.

Your personal data are used only for as long as it is needed for its intended purpose (i.e. to answer your enquiry). After answering data can be kept for another two years for possible administrative follow up purposes.
