New call, new roadmap, new project synopsis

The European Green Car Initiative supports research into technologies and infrastructures that are essential for achieving breakthroughs in the use of renewable and non-polluting energy sources, safety and traffic fluidity. Its recent calls and publications are of interest to anyone wanting to contribute to research into greener transport.

On 9 July 2012, the European Commission published the 4th round of calls for proposals for the PPP European Green Cars Initiative. Full information about the topics covered by these calls is available at http://www.green-cars-initiative.eu/funding/open-fp7-callsexternal link

On the occasion of the PPP Infodaysexternal link (9 and 10 July 2012 in Brussels) a second edition of the “European Roadmap Electrification of Road Transport” was presented.
