<description><![CDATA[Following a very successful launch of the first GRF One Health Summit in February 2012, GRF Davos is pleased to announce the 2nd GRF One Health Summit 2013 which will take place from 17 - 20 November 2013 at the Davos Congress Centre in Davos, Switzerland.
The 2nd GRF One Health Summit will further explore, advance and agree on the need for a global integrative risk management approach for One Health. Furthermore, the conference will identify ways to achieve added value by multi-sectorial and multi-stakeholder cooperation and promote enhanced public-private partnership models for risk-based financing tools.
The findings of the conference shall be used to make recommendations on policy and organisational changes and stimulate a more efficient collaboration between stakeholders. Registration and Abstract Submission are open now.

<description><![CDATA[The European Commission (Research &amp; Innovation DG - Directorate Environment) is organising an InfoDay on FP7 Environment Research in the specific field of "water innovation demonstration projects" on 15 January 2013 in Brussels. The event will focus on the Call FP7-ENV-2013-WATER-INNO-DEMO of the 2013 Work Programme. It aims to provide guidance on the preparation of proposals, to update proposers on recent progress by the European Innovation Partnership (EIP) on Water and to allow for brokerage amongst the participants.
Registration for this event is now closed;  the maximum registration capacity has been reached after only one month of running the registration facility.People who have not been able to register may wish to follow this event remotely in real time from 9:00 am on 15 January through webstreaming. Instructions for the connection will be made available on this web site on 15/01/2013 before 9:00 am.
In addition, people who could not register and would be interested in submitting a three-slide presentation on their organisation and/or proposal idea may submit it before 10 January by email to RTD-ENV-2013-WATER-INNO-DEMO@ec.europa.eu. Authors are invited to follow the structure given in the supporting documents on CIRCABC (see below). During the event, participants will be informed about the possibility to access these additional presentations through the event&#8217;s CIRCABC till closure of the Call.]]></description>
