The National Funding Authority of the Netherlands has decided to contribute to the Call budget with 4.000.000 €

The Brussels Region has signed an Administrative Agreement with the ARTEMIS Joint Undertaking. Its budget contribution to the ARTEMIS 2011-1 Call is 500.000 €.

These forms (one for CP, one for CSA) are made available to applicants who may themselves wish to arrange an evaluation of their proposal (e.g. by an impartial colleague) prior to final editing, submission and deadline. Please note that the full title of the topic b) in Objective ICT-2011.10.1 EU-BRAZIL Research and development Cooperation is: "b) Networked Monitoring and Control ", as is stated in the description of the objective in the Work Programme 2011 page 111, and not as described in the Call Fiche on page 150 of the same Workprogramme where we have used a slightly shortened title.

Please note that you will find Objective ICT 2011.9.13 "Exa-scale computing, software and simulation " under the standard CP-IP, CSA-CA and CSA-SA funding schemes in the EPSS application, and not under Future and Emerging Technologies (FET) specific funding schemes. Accordingly, you should use the Guide for Applicants corresponding to the standard funding schemes.
Objective ICT 2011.9.13 will be evaluated following the standard eligibility and evaluation criteria and rules for prioritisation of proposals; the specific FET Objectives criteria will not be applicable to this objective.

Rejection of proposals with Status C and D

As it was mentioned in the flash info concerning the preliminary evaluation results, a rejection procedure was due for proposals having status C (proposals above thresholds but not retained for funding nor on the reserve list) and D (Proposals failing one or more thresholds).

On 4 June 2010, the formal procedure for rejection of these proposals has been finalised and the person in charge for each proposal, as indicated in the proposal submission forms, has been informed accordingly.

The official rejection letters have just been sent by e-mail following the completion of the negotiations of all proposals recommended for funding and of the internal procedure for the adoption of the rejection Commission decision.
