After the final evaluation (stage 2) of the H2020 proposals, CEDR and EC representatives agree on which projects would be of mutual interest for twinning.
Representatives from the CEDR PEB and the European Commission (EC) identify their respective project coordinators, and facilitate first contacts between project coordinators on both sides.
Project coordinators on both sides participate in a “Meet and Greet”/collaboration scoping exercise via conference call, webinar, or face-to-face. They agree on areas and ways of cooperation and draw up an agreement.
Cooperation activities and progress should be described regularly in a status report, on a yearly basis. This complements the normal deliverables negotiated for the grant.
