  • After the final evaluation (stage 2) of the H2020 proposals, CEDR and EC representatives agree on which projects would be of mutual interest for twinning.

  • Representatives from the CEDR PEB and the European Commission (EC) identify their respective project coordinators, and facilitate first contacts between project coordinators on both sides.

  • Project coordinators on both sides participate in a “Meet and Greet”/collaboration scoping exercise via conference call, webinar, or face-to-face. They agree on areas and ways of cooperation and draw up an agreement.

  • Cooperation activities and progress should be described regularly in a status report, on a yearly basis. This complements the normal deliverables negotiated for the grant.
