The objective is to address the sharp rise in extremists and terrorists use of the internet. To support the production of alternative/counter-narratives, in particular online, their dissemination and monitoring by civil society organisations, and the evaluation of their impact.
Expected results: increased number and impact of alternative and counter narratives

Topic conditions and documents
1. Eligible countries:
All EU Member States, with the exception of United Kingdom and Danemark. In duly justified cases, entities established in third countries (except for the United Kingdom and Denmark) can participate as partners/co-applicants. For this call, eligible third countries are those highlighted as priority countries in the European Agenda on Security: Turkey, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco, Algeria, countries in the Western Balkans as well as EFTA countries.
2. Eligibility and admissibility conditions: described in section 5 of the Call document.

4. Proposal templates and model grant agreements (MGA):
For grants awarded under this topic and type of action, funding rate is 90 % of the eligible costs.
Members of consortium are required to conclude a consortium agreement, in principle prior to the signature of the grant agreement.
