    A total of 440 proposals were submitted in response to the ERC 2014 Proof of Concept call (ERC-2014-PoC).
    For the first deadline (1st April 2014) there have been 182 proposals submitted, and 258 proposals for the second deadline (1st October 2014), which represented a 40% increase compared to the first deadline.

     

    Update on Swiss participation in Horizon 2020 (Situation on 12 September 2014):
    Subject to signature and conclusion of an Agreement associating Switzerland to parts of Horizon 2020, Switzerland will participate from 15 September 2014 with an associated country status in actions under the "Excellent Science" pillar (the 1st pillar), containing the European Research Council.
