      Part B templates in SEP (Electronic Submission Service):

      The part B templates for BSG-SME, BSG-SME-AG and CP have been updated in order to reflect the changes in the Guide for Applicants.
      The part B templates can be downloaded from SEP.

      The annex of the Guide for Applicants - Demonstration Activity has been updated. See latest version uploaded on 15/10/2012:

      • Page 26 - end of table: the subcontracting activities related to market studies/strategies has been clarified.

      The annex of the Guide for Applicants – Research for the benefit of SME Associations has been updated. See latest version uploaded on 15/10/2012:

      • Page 35: the length of the section 2.1.2 has been modified as follows: “2.1.2 Description of the consortium (1 page introduction plus ½ page per participant)”.
        The previous information (max. 3 pages plus ½ page per partner) was incorrect and inconsistent with the information page 25.

      The annexes of the Guide for Applicants - Demonstration Activity have been updated. See latest version uploaded on 27/08/2012.

      1. Page 24 - end of table: the following sentence has been deleted: "**This limit does not include table 3.2.2".
         
      2. Page 27 - end of section 1: the page limit of the section has been updated and it now reads: "Maximum length for the whole of Section 1 - 15 pages for sections 1.1 to 1.2. This limit does not include the Gantt chart under 1.3 ii), the tables 1.3a- e, and the Pert diagram under 1.3 iv). Section 1.3 will have an introduction of 2 pages and Table 1.3d will have a maximum length per work package of 2 pages".
        The underlined section has been updated.

      Guide for Applicants - SME - Annexes:

      Page 40– section 3.2.2: the following paragraph has been deleted "With regard to the innovation dimension, describe the measures you propose to increase the likelihood of market uptake of project results, such as: verification, testing, and prototyping; supporting the development of technical standards; identifying and collaborating with potential users; identifying potential partners and sources of finance for commercialisation".

      This information is already requested in section 3.3, page 42.

      Guide for Applicants - SME Associations - Annexes:

      Same as above.
