The final results have been published (9/01/2014) and are available under "additional documents". Negotiation has been launched on 29/11/2013 for proposals ranked A. Reserve list (proposals ranked B by priority order) would be launched from February, but note however that in the light of the current situation, it is expected that we will be able to start negotiation only with a very limited number of proposals currently in the reserve list.
