As of 14/12/2012 this is the new address for DG CONNECT Framework Programme Documentation for Participants.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

As of January 1, 2013 New Financial Rules and Regulations have been put into place.

An email was sent at the beginning of the year informing you of these changes.

  1. the LEAR has to appoint an Financial Authorised ???? FSIGN
  2. The COCO has to assign the FSIGN to a project.
