FP7 periodic report

The Participant Data Management (PDM) system is the unique registry system of all legal and financial data of beneficiaries of the FP7 and ICT/PSP (CIP) programmes. It is coupled with the Unique Registration Facility (URF) which is the WEB desk through which beneficiaries register themselves and send their legal and financial data.

The purpose of the URF/PDM system is to avoid duplicate registration of beneficiaries.

URF/PDM is normally accessed by the LEAR or his/her deputies.

The data stored in the PDM database is used in the Form Cs to determine the ICM of the beneficiary and the maximum cost reimbursement rate (which depends upon the status of the beneficiary).
