The European Researchers' Night, funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions, is a Europe-wide public event to enhance researchers' public recognition, and to stimulate interest in research careers, especially among young people.
Any legal entity in the EU and in the 16 countries associated to Horizon 2020 may apply. As 2018 is the European Year of Cultural Heritage, applicants are encouraged to include activities relating to cultural heritage.
The total budget has increased from €8 million to €12 million and there is the possibility to fund pre-events during spring and summer already regularly occurring and organised by the coordinators.
All the information can be found on the Horizon 2020 Participant Portal.
