Fuel Cells and Hydrogen (FCH)

Objective

To speed up the development of fuel cells and hydrogen technologies in Europe in order to enable their commercial deployment between 2010 and 2020.

Key deliverable

New generation of materials, prototypes and demonstrators for testing, validating and preparing for market entry, in the fields of transport (cars, busses and refuelling infrastructure) stationary (back-up power, power generation), hydrogen production and distribution as well as portable applications.

The most common form of computer in use today is by far the embedded computer which is hidden in all kinds of electronic equipment and machines. ARTEMIS aims to strengthen EU leadership through a single Europe-wide research programme that is industrially driven with clear technological and economic targets.

Key deliverable

ARTEMIS aims to deliver the essential technology building blocks for the next generation of embedded computing systems including design methods, hardware and software.
