IPR HelpDesk (PDF Version, 1.4MB) – The Intellectual Property Rights helpdesk assists contractors taking part in EU-funded research projects. Its services comprise an open website and a free legal helpline for participants in Framework Programme research as well as training modules (module 2 and module 3 are tailored for FP projects).

European Patent Office – The EPO provides a uniform application procedure for individual inventors and companies seeking patent protection in up to 40 European countries. It is the executive arm of the European Patent Organisation.
The EPO offers materials from the European Patent Academy, training opportunities, including online trainings.

OHIM - The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) is the official trade marks and designs office of the European Union.
