Fees

There are no registration fees for this conference.

Lunch

A buffet lunch will be offered to participants on 13 July at the conference venue.

Interpretation

There will be no simultaneous interpretation. The working language will be English.

The conference will take place in:

From the Airport to the Charlemagne Building you can go
By train: get off at Central Station, then take the underground, line 1A or 1B, get off at Schuman (exit Berlaymont and Charlemagne)
By Bus: Take Bus No 12. Get off at stop Schuman

Travel and hotel accommodation

You are expected to organise your own travel and your own accommodation. The European Commission will not reimburse these expenses.
