We draw your attention to the fact that there is a small discrepancy in the date of the opening of tenders between the invitation to tender and the contract notice 2010/S 204-310280 published on 20 October. The opening of tenders will take place on 13 DECEMBER 2010 as published in the above-mentioned contract notice AND NOT on 13 January as indicated in the invitation to tender.
Point 10 of the invitation to tender should read:
"One representative per tenderer can take part as observer in the opening of tenders which will take place on 13 DECEMBER at 14:00 in room SDME 9E within DG Research building at Square de Meeus, 8, B-1050 Brussels. In case you wish to take part, please communicate the contact details of your representative no later than 10 December 2010 by e-mail to RTD-ETP-monitoring-study@ec.europa.eu '.
