Meet the next generation of European Scientists in Warsaw
The 26th edition of the European Union Contest for Young Scientists (EUCYS) will take place in the New Library of the University of Warsaw. For more than a quarter of a century the contest has been bringing together the brightest young minds in European science, highlighting the importance of innovation and research for future generations. This year, 84 projects from 36 countries will compete.
This year's competition comprises 118 talented science students, aged between 14 and 21, who will compete to be acclaimed the best young European scientists 2014. They will present their projects, covering a wide range of scientific fields, to a prestigious International scientific jury, the national and international press and the general public in the hope of winning not only a prize but also the recognition of their peers.
