Current Lubrication Systems in turbine engines are based on architectures and technologies that have not significantly evolved over the last thirty years.
New technologies are required to face the challenge of the future engine requirements.
The overall objectives of FP7 project ELUBSYS is to research, develop and validate a new architectural approach towards the design of high performance aircraft Lubrication Systems with the aim of reducing fuel and oil consumption.
After 3.5 years of work the project is now reaching to an end, the ELUBSYS partners will present their main results during an open workshop on the 15th of November 2012 in Spa-Francorchamps Belgium.
Everyone from the European Aeronautic industry is welcome to attend the event.
