European Digital Youth Summit (EDYS) will bring together over 100 specialists, young people and representatives of public and academic institutions, NGOs, mass media and companies from 14 countries (France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Iceland and Turkey).
The event is organized by GEYC and the Chamber of Deputies under the patronage of the European Parliament and will take place at the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest, Romania. The summit will tackle important topics for European young people such as digital behavior and employment, trying to find realistic solutions to raise employability and to encourage digital entrepreneurship. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the most important trends in these fields, to learn about innovative projects and to find out about European opportunities. The event takes place within the framework of the SMARTER project organized by GEYC with the financial support of the European Commission through "Youth in Action".
