Public Procurement of Innovation: Facing Societal challenges, delivering better public services and supporting SMEs to innovate

27-28 June 2011, Turin

The event will cover the new developments of European demand-side innovation policies, illustrate the forthcoming call for proposals, be an opportunity to exchange best practice in innovation procurement and give further information on future European R&D&I funding programmes.

Conference on the Common Strategic Framework for EU research and innovation funding

Week of Innovative Regions in Europe 2011 (WIRE2011)

7-9 June 2011, Debrecen, Hungary

The conference – considering the document of ‘EUROPE 2020, a strategy for a smart, sustainable and inclusive development strategy’ and the 'Innovation Union Flagship Initiative' - focuses on questions related to knowledge, innovation and competitiveness in economy with respect to research infrastructure investments, clusters and their effects on how they can support smart growth in the regions.

ICT Proposers' Day 2011

19-20 May 2011, Budapest

ICT Proposer's Day 2011 is a two-day event featuring networking and partnership building for calls 8 and 9 of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7), offering more than one billion euros of EU funding. The event will take place on 19-20 May 2011 in Budapest hosted by the Hungarian Presidency of the European Union.
