This International Symposium on marine research infrastructure is organised by Europôle Mer (Scientific group of 15 research institutes, universities and engineering schools in marine sciences and techniques).The European Commission will be strongly represented as well as the European regions, the French Ministry of Research. In order to benefit from international viewpoint, this symposium hosts representatives from National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOOA, USA), Neptune (Canada) and JAMSTEC (Japan).
The general aims of the symposium are:
- to identify the major challenges for marine science of this century,
- to foster interactions between managers and users of the RIs, including sponsors, scientists, industry and stakeholders.

ESOF 2012 - call for scientific session proposals

We are constantly facing new challenges and frontiers, with each new discovery comes the need for greater knowledge and understanding. Over the 5 days of July 11th-15th 2012, Dublin will host the Euroscience Open Forum, Europe’s largest general science conference.
ESOF2012 is looking for creative and exciting session proposals targeted at a general scientific audience.

The call for scientific session proposals will close on the 30th of June. To submit a proposal please follow the link above where you will find the call with instructions on how to make a submission.


Public Procurement of Innovation: Facing Societal challenges, delivering better public services and supporting SMEs to innovate
