6th International Conference on Advanced Research in Virtual and Rapid Prototyping (VRAP 2013)

1-5 October 2013, Leiria - Portugal

The International Conference on Advanced Research in Virtual and Rapid Prototyping (VRAP 2013), organised every two years since 2003, is designed to be a major forum for the scientific exchange of multi-disciplinary and inter-organisational aspects of virtual and physical prototyping and related areas. VRAP 2013 will be held at Leiria, from October 1 to 5, 2013. The Conference carries out a full paper submission and a rigorous paper peer reviewing. Accepted papers will be included in a Hardcover book with ISBN registration published by Taylor & Francis. The Conference program will include invited talks by leading experts. The event will start with a Welcome Reception at Leiria Castle on Tuesday, 1st October. Leiria is a beautiful city with a striking royal castle, built in 1135 by the first king of Portugal, Dom Afonso Henriques. The historical city centre spreads along the castle hill and the river Lis. The city of Leiria is located near the western coast, in the central region of Portugal, with a Mediterranean climate and oceanic influence, one hour north of Lisbon..
