Suggest/update an event

If you would like to suggest an event to be listed in the events calendar, fill in the form below and click submit. We don't guarantee that the event will be added as it must be relevant to the Research and Innovation activities of the European Union. However we will certainly consider it for listing.

To update an event, tick the box labelled "Update?", complete the title, your email address and the information to be updated. Before making the update, we will send an email to the address supplied in the original suggestion to confirm that the update request is genuine.

Inputs marked with a * are mandatory for new events (for the dates and times only the start date is mandatory).
For updates, only the title and your email address are mandatory.

For a one-day event just enter the start date. Only enter the times for events which start unusually late or finish unusually early (e.g. events lasting a half day or finishing mid-afternoon) Use the 24-hour clock for times, e.g. 15:00 for 3pm.
