If your question is about a call for proposals, please submit your query at least two weeks before the respective call deadline, to allow us enough time to answer.

The helpdesk does not provide help on the use of the IT systems of the Participant Portal, e.g. forgotten passwords, access rights and roles, technical aspects of submission of proposals or reports etc. For such questions please contact the IT helpdesk.
