SNETP invites its members and stakeholders to the General Assembly on 14 September 2010 in Brussels, when the implications for the sector of the EU’s Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan) will be discussed. The members will also deal with the preparation of a ‘European Industrial Initiative’ for nuclear industry.
SNETP was inaugurated in 2007. Its first General Assembly took place in November 2008. Since then it issued the Strategic Research Agenda in 2009, and more recently the Platform’s Deployment Strategy, in June 2010.
Evolving from a core group of about 25 organisations, SNETP now counts 85 members representing nuclear industry, research, safety organisations, associations and NGOs.
Participation will be on a first come, first served basis with a the limit of 350 delegates. Registration will close on 8 September, 2010.
