Q: Which are the outermost regions?
A: Outermost regions are defined according to the article 299§2 of the EC Treaty: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Réunion (the four French overseas departments), the Canaries (Spain), and the Azores and Madeira (Portugal).
