Q: I am a Canadian citizen but I have resided for the last five years in Italy. Am I eligible to apply to IEF?
A: Non-nationals from Member States or Associated countries having legally resided and having had their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Member States/Associated countries for at least three out of the last four years, measured at the submission deadline for proposals, are treated as nationals of the Member States/Associated countries in which they have resided the longest
