Q: For ERC Grant schemes: Do other team members need to fill-in time sheets?
A: Only the costs of the actual hours worked by a team member for the project can be charged. Working time being charged to the project must be recorded throughout the duration of the project by any reasonable means (i.e. timesheets). It is up to the institution to decide on how this needs to be recorded (e.g. time-sheets) following its internal rules and practice. The time-records have to be authorised by the project manager or other superior.
