Q: Is a legal entity from Singapore eligible for EU funding?
We are preparing a proposal for the NMP2012.2.2-6 topic - Photocatalytic materials for depollution, a Specific International Co-operation Action (SICA) that is targeted to ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian nations) countries.
In the Call Fiche, it is mentioned that the minimum participation is of at least 4 independent legal entities of which two must be established in different Member States or Associated Countries and the other two must be established in different targeted regions/countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippine, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam).
As Singapore is mentioned in the call fiche, we want to know if a legal entity from that country is eligible for EU funding. A: The condition to get funding is: partner must come from SICA country (ICPC) and must be an ASEAN country.
