Q: Can an individual (physical person) be a participant in collaborative projects of FP6?

A: A physical person is a legal entity and can as such be participant in FP6 projects. He/she has to use the Additional Cost model and cannot charge his/her own labour costs to the project. A physical person as participant has to be distinguished from a one-person enterprise (with an own legal existence different from the physical person). The latter can take part on the same conditions as any other enterprise.
