Q: Do the TRLs (Technology Readiness Levels) mentioned in the topic descriptions reflect the desired evolution during the project or a TRL range at the end of the project?
A: In general, topics specify a range of TRLs. The bulk of each project's activities are expected to be within the indicated range, and the target TRL is expected to be reached at the end of the project.
For topics where only the target TRL at the end of the project is indicated, activities are also expected to span a range of TRLs, depending on the state of the art.
