Q: ERC - What will happen if an applicant does not submit the commitment letter of the Host Institution?
A: As long as no commitment letter has been uploaded in the Participant Portal Submission Service (PPSS), it is not possible to validate/submit a proposal. A warning message will inform the applicant accordingly. If another document is uploaded instead and the commitment letter is finally missing in the proposal, the proposal will not be eligible and not be evaluated. Please refer to the Ideas Work Programme 2013 (see section 8.1 and footnote 27) and to the ERC Guide for Applicants relevant to the call for further information. ?
