Q: Is obtaining public funding considered as exposure to commercial markets? (All calls)
A: To be considered a private sector entity, the entity has to gain at least 50% of its revenue through exposure to the commercial markets. Obtaining public funding does not constitute exposure to commercial markets. This is because these funds come from public bodies, which clearly cannot be considered commercial.
