Q: What is the "return mechanism" in the "Exchange of know-how and experience"? Is this already the preservation of the working post in the organization from convergence region for the duration of the visit of the organization in other regions of the EU? Can this be done for longer visits?
A: It is not only the preservation of the working post in the organisation but also a career development plan should be presented in the proposal (at least for non-permanent staff). Please note that this is necessary in order to capitalise on the acquired competences and knowledge and it is valid especially for medium- and long-term visits.
