Q: Can researchers who, by the deadline for submission of proposals, have already spent more than 12 months over the past three years in a third country still apply for an International Outgoing Fellowship in this same country?
A: No. At the start of their fellowship, researchers must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of their third country host organisation for more than 12 months in the previous three years.
