Q: NMP.2013.2.2-1 Biomaterials for Advanced Therapies and Medical Devices in the neurological/neuromuscular or cardiovascular fields. Question: Can Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) undertake special tasks in this project?

A: Since a significant share of economic operators involved in this field are small and medium-sized enterprises, the active participation of these groups represents an added value to the activities. Scientific services available from the European Medicines' Agency and/or national competent authorities to the SME community are provided at highly competitive discounted rates and, as part of this project, these expenses will be eligible for reimbursement.
