Q: In FP7 is it possible to reallocate funds from the management activity to the RTD activity like it was in FP6?
A: Yes, as a general rule it will be possible according to similar principles as in FP6. However you should consult the FP7 Guide to financial issues on budget transfers from and to ICPC participants using lump sum financing.
