Peter Cochrane - How do you see research and innovation making a difference for a better future?
If we look to the future, I see something very interesting happening and it happens at the cusp of nanotech, biotech and ITC. If I were to start again, that's where I would go because the ability to shape materials, to manufacture things without loss and to be able to distribute them at very low cost is going to be key to the future. We're talking about creating a future where there's sufficient for the many, not more and more for the few and only advances in electronics, biotech and nanotech can do that.
