Mari Cahalane - How do you see research and innovation making a difference for a better future?
Within the Irish economy and the European economy, we need hi-tech, high-scaled people so that's where we need to be. From an innovation point of view, I think we need to invest in smaller businesses, we need to give our entrepreneurs, our innovators funding, seed funding so that they can go forward, because they're going to be the employees of the future. So they're going to help our young people to stay in college because they will see that there is an opportunity for them at the end of their college career.
