There is a number of easy techniques to do that. Which is the current challenge is that we are providing too intellectual property rights and a number of monopolistic possibilities to businesses. And we extend those way too far into the value chain. If we restrict them to the value chain, we can keep the rewards of inventors. but we can eliminate inefficiencies that are created by monopolism of distributors. If you want to allow an explosion of creativity and innovation, the best way to do that is to open up the basic results of research and to make sure that anybody can access them at conditions that are non-discriminatory and that are equal for everybody.
