* Moving towards Horizon 2020

As FP7 draws to a close, preparation for Horizon 2020, the new framework programme for research and innovation is well underway.

Full details on Horizon 2020 can be found here and though you are of course encouraged to read all of the documents comprising the Horizon 2020 package those which are immediately relevant to Health research are the proposal for a regulation establishing Horizon 2020 and the proposal for a decision establishing the specific programme.

Those parts of these proposals dealing with health were in part generated on the basis of an impact assessment and expert group report into health research funded by DG Research and Innovation between 2002 and 2010 (484KB ).
