Call for proposals 2010 for projects, operating grants, conferences and joint actions announced
Deadline for submission of proposals: 19 March 2010
On 18 December 2009 the European Commission adopted the 2010 Work Plan, which sets the annual priorities for the implementation of the EU Health Programme. Based on this decision, published today in the Official Journal, the Executive Agency for Health and Consumers (EAHC) launched the calls for proposals for projects, operating grants, conferences and joint actions.
The EAHC expects the competition for grants for projects to be even stronger than in 2009, when less than one out of five proposals could be co-funded by the Union. Please read carefully the supplementary notice published with the Calls for proposals 2010.
To improve the quality of the project proposals submitted, EAHC is organising a training workshop targeted at European public health professionals who plan to submit a project proposal under the Call for proposals 2010. If you would like to attend the workshop, please register now as the number of places is very limited.
The Work Plan 2010 foresees a significant number of calls for tenders for the provision of services, in particular the preparation of surveys, development of tool kits, protocols, analyses, training programmes, workshops, studies, and organization of conferences concerning public health. The calls for tender will be launched in the course of 2010.
