Objectives of the workshop
The workshop aimed to identify the research priorities in malaria diagnosis and to find out how small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) could participate in research projects, building on the broad research agenda outlined in the Global Malaria Action Plan and in the white paper regarding the malaria eradication research agenda. This workshop will help to develop calls for proposals addressing priority needs if funds are available for malaria research.
