Q: Should the Declaration on the Conformity of the agreement between a beneficiary and a researcher be submitted by the Coordinator for all beneficiaries or should each beneficiary create their own user account on Participant Portal/SESAM? (All Calls)
A: The Declaration on the Conformity must always be submitted in Sesam (via the Participant Portal) by the beneficiary recruiting the fellow. By submitting the Declaration on the Conformity the beneficiary is declaring that the fellow recruited is eligible and has been made aware of the Grant Agreement and its Annexes and their rights and obligations as a Marie Curie Fellow. The original documents don't need to be sent to REA.
