Q: In category F, will international events be reimbursed according to the actual number of external participants as recorded in the attendance list? (2007 & 2008 Grant Agreements)
A: Yes, up to the maximum negotiated number of days in the Grant Agreement. The actual number of external participants and the number of days attendance - as recorded in the attendance list - should be reported when claiming costs under Category F, not the budgeted ones.
