The current programme is Horizon 2020

Q: Is the Coordinator responsible for costs even if they have been incurred by another beneficiary? (All Calls)
A: The financial responsibility of each beneficiary – included the Coordinator - shall be limited to its own debt, subject to the provisions of Annex II to the Grant Agreement, Article II.19 "Guarantee Fund". However, it is to be remembered that the coordinator shall monitor the compliance by beneficiaries with their obligations under the grant agreement, as per Annex II to the Grant Agreement, Article II.2.3.
